Download the video below for help with sizing. We suggest if you measure between 10" and 12" earlobe to earlobe underneath the nose, the regular adult size is right for you. Only order the XL size mask if you measure more than 12".
If you measure 10" or less we suggest you consider the teen size, which is also suitable for teens aged 13 - 18.
Kids size typically fits children aged 7 to 12.
